Frank joined Troop #64 of the Boy Scouts of America February 8, 1958 and has been active since that time serving as Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster. Troop #64 now has 16 members of which three Life Scouts, Page Moffett, David Palmer and Jimmy Jenkins should pass their Eagle requirements within the next six months. Troop #64 holds its meetings Thursdays at 7;30 p.m. in the basement of the post office building, Washington. All boys oyer 11 years old are welcome to join.
