Members of the community committees also serve as delegates to the County Convention to be held on December 16, at 9 a.m. in the county ASCS office.

The purpose of the County Convention is to elect committeemen and alternates to fill vacancies on the County Committee, and to determine the chairman and vicechairman for the coming year. The County Convention is open to the public.u
