NOTICE

WHEREAS; Herbert A. Foster has served as Supervisor of Wakefield District, Rappahannock County, for a period of twenty years; and

WHEREAS; he has served faithfully and well; and

WHEREAS; he has often been referred to as the “Watch Dog” of the County budget; and

WHEREAS; Mr. Foster will be sorely missed by his fellow Supervisors;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we express our appreciation of his service by spreading a copy of this resolution on the Minute Book of the Board of Supervisors, sending a copy of this resolution to Mr. Foster, and publishing it in the Rappahannock News.
