With small doses of one to five milligrams, users have no problems, said Trainer. Heavy dosage, however, can produce symptoms identical to schizophrenia. The extreme dangers involved with PCP abuse lie in the fact that kids never know how big a dose of the drug they’re getting, Trainer said.

“Over long periods of time, it tends to change people’s personalities,” he continued. Symptoms of PCP abuse can include broken sleep patterns, different ways of relating to family members and new sets of friends.
