First, I do not have any “holdings” in beautiful Rappahannock bought with the "cold, hard cash” 1 am said to have earned in the “beautiful” Virgin Islands. 1 do not own one square inch of Rappahannock County. Not one square inch. Nor did I return to Rappahannock County to purchase one square inch because it is a “low tax area.” In fact, I never had any idea as to what the land taxes here were until the other day when I asked Rappahannock News, all in opposition to the Boards’ comments and actions, perhaps it is time for the people of this fine county to demand that their interests be represented by the Board and not just the personal
