William B. Wrench of Springfield has been appointed Culpeper District commissioner on the State Highway and Transportation Commission by Governor Dalton.
Wrench, who is president of Potomac Oil Inc. and Potomac Mini-Storage, Inc., represents the 13-county district which includes Fauquier and adjoining counties.
He is a former chairman of the Northern Virginia
Committee of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Conference and executive director of the Fairfax Economic and Industrial Development Committee.
