At the suggestion of Commonwealth Attorney George Davis, the Rappahannock Supervisors voted at last Thursday’s meeting to schedule a public hearing for February 1 on C. L. Goode's application to subdivide land just outside Flint Hill into 14 five-acre lots.
Davis noted that Goode had applied to the zoning administrator on Friday, December 29, for a public hearing with the Supervisors under the county’s subdivision ordinance. He added that the Planners wouldn’t have to hold a separate hearing on the proposal but should review Goode's development plans for compliance with subdivision ordinance requirements.
By unanimous vote, the Supervisors agreed to a public hearing for Goode at the Board's next regular meeting in Feburary.
