Friday the Panthers traveled to Stonewall Jackson to play their opponents the Generals. Both teams put forth a lot of effort, but came up on the short end of the stick. J.V.'s score was 52 to 10. High scorer was Jimmy Tomko. Mike Leake was high rebounder. The Generals team is an undefeated team, consisting mostly of sophomore's, the Panther’s consisting mostly of 8th and 9th graders.
The Varsity team fought a close game with a score of 53 to the Generals with 63 points. Gary Leake was high scorer with 18 points and high rebounder pulling down 11. Panther's are going to come back and get the General's when they play on our home court.
