Exercise Class
Kathy Lowe, Elementary School Physical Education Instructor, will instruct an exercise class with emphasis on exercise, walking and jogging. The purpose is to trim down body, improve circulatory system and help you feel better all over. The class will meet Wednesdays, 7 to 8 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School.
Everyone over 35 or overweight must have their doctor’s permission to engage in the above mentioned physical activities.
