With many of us going on diets and more aware of the food '-we eat, this is an excellent time to try more sensible and healthier foods. Junk food and empty calories are too often in our homes and too convenient for us to nibble on. On your next shopping trip, be more conscious of your purchases and gradually try to reduce junk food purchases.
All ‘health’ food is not foreign to us as some imagine and as is evidenced by the two following recipes contributed by Rae Haase of Nature's Foods in Washington, Virginia.
