The Flint Hill Rescue Unit Jari. 6, 1979 was called to the scene of an accident in Ben Venue, services were not needed.
The Sperryville Rescue Unit took Raymond Frye from home to Winchester Memorial Jan. 3, 1979. The same day Vernon Leake was taken from Old Hollow to Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
On December 25, Iva J. Bell and Carl Bell were taken from an auto accident on Route 211 to Fauquier Hospital. The next day Charlie Brown was taken from the home of Otis Jordan to Fauquier and this was repeated on the 27th. Also on the 27th, Alva Balcofoly was taken from Route 626 to the same hospital.
On the 31st Mrs. Clark Mills was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital and Katherine Fordyce of Jeffersonton was taken to Fauquier hospital after being kicked by a horse.
