Howard Holshuh of Castleton was named to the executive board for the Shenandoah Area Council of Boy Scouts at a meeting held November 27 in Winchester. Judge R. V. Snead of Washington, circuit court judge for Rappahannock, was appointed to the Council’s advisory committee.
O. A. Norton of Front Royal, former superintendent for Rappahannock County schools, was selected as a council member at large.
