In a prepared statement delivered in a second telephone interview. Sharon Labovitz said she and her husband “have nothing but good wishes for The Inn. We worked very hard to bring them (O’Connell and Lynch) into the community. We put them in business by sharing our building and loaning them large sums of money.

“They lease only the bottom one-half of the first floor.” Mrs. • Labovitz emphasized. “Any other use of the building, including the use of our front door, was conditional and this has been made clear to them repeatedly.

“We are trying to straighten out and clarify these business issues," she continued. "They were given ample written notice and we waited until they closed for a lengthy vacation before we made the necessary changes.

"We see no reason why our businesses (The Inn and the Country Store) cannot exist as peaceful and amicable neighbors as soon as they realize what belongs to them and what does not. In respect to the injunction, we have never been notified by the restaurant as to any problem with the hot water heater or
