In other business at the October board meeting, the supervisors opened bids on renovation of the old clerk’s office into new quarters for the commissioner of revenue, zoning administrator and voting registrar. The contract was awarded to the low bidder, S. C. Ellis and Co. of \missville with a bid of ■ 13,248.
The supervisors also ipproved authorization for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court probation officer to send offenders 14 years old and younger to facilities in Manassas and Fredericksburg.
