American host families in Virginia are being sought for 24 high-school students from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland for the 19801981 school year, in a program sponsored by the American Scandinavian Student Exchange (ASSE). Taxation for Small Business will meet from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on Mondays, Oct. 15-Nov. 12. Fee is $25. Both classes meet at Osbourn High School. V
