There’s one that goes to the clerk of the court. 1 have that underlined in there (Bailey’s copy of the Code of Virginia, Title 58, Taxation). There’s one copy that goes to Richmond and one that goes to the treasurer.
“You’re supposed to check on any people who have any licenses that are required to be bought through there. 1 don’t know exactly at this point in time because I haven’t looked. You used to have to have tobacco licenses and all this sort of thing. I don’t know which ones are required anymore.”
