Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Lyle Rector of Orlean announce the engagement of their daughter, Raye, to Michael Tupper, son of Mr. and Mrs. ThomaVTupper of Washington.
Miss Rector is a teacher at Rappahannock County Elementary School and Mr. Tupper is currently in the United States Air Force, stationed at Langley Air Force Base at Hampton.
An August wedding is planned.
