Buntin: ‘T think one-of the important' things is to have signs made to put up on' the dumpsters, advising the public who’s supposed to use them and for what purposes.
“Amissville is a good example of' the problems we run into without signs. There are people who' have an Amissville address, who conduct all'their business in Amissville but actually live in Culpeper County. They don’t know they can’t use the dumpsters.
“It’s the same with other locations. There are people from Culpeper who use the Scrabble dumpster and don’t know ' they’re not supposed to. They come over from Front Royal to visit relatives in Flint Hill and drop off a couple bags of trash in Huntly. They don’t know they’re not supposed to.
“People see" the dumpsters and they'think'they can put their trash in ' them. They should be marked with signs.
“We are concentrating more on dumpster violations. We’ve placed' three ' charges within' the last two weeks but
