Communication Skills will be offered through the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic. .The aim of the workshop is to develop alternative ways of communication which will be effective in many aspects of our lives, whether at work or in personal situations.
The emphasis will be on communication skills, including learning to express (rather 'than store) uncomfortable feelings appropriately, saying no when desired without feeling guilty, creative ways of resolving conflicts and coping with stress, and active listening skills.
