A 66 year old woman from Front Royal was abducted by a young man as she entered her automobile in the town Tuesday afternoon and was held captive for two hours, but was unharmed physically. The man, Lewis Michael Williams of Front Royal was apprehended later in the evening in Rappahannock County, according to Trooper C. A. Moore.
Williams got into the car with the woman about 2:30 and told her to drive, which she did. Their travels bought them to the Huntly area of Rappahannock, said Moore. At one point the man insisted on driving and shortly thereafter he wrecked the car. He jumped from the vehicle and ran into the
