To the Editor:
Please!, please!, "say it ain’t so!" Could it be that the signs posted at the "dumpster sites" in Rappahannock County (as reported in your January 31, 1980 issue) really do state the county’s trash ordinance, or are these signs the work of a prankster or an Illiterate graffiti artist?
I cannot believe that the official position of the county is that:
1) only Rappahannock citizens can place trash in the containers. This would seem to mean that we visitors to
