Miss Birgitt Karin Steinfatt and David Allen Thornhill were married January 12, 1980 in the Smithfield Baptist Church at Smithfield.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. K. Steinfatt of Smithfield, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Dora Steinfatt and Mrs. Emma Bronnert, both of Germany.
The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill of B&ston. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill, also of Boston.
