The object of this cause is to obtain the advice and guidance of the Court in the administration of the estate of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; to ascertain the oriority of the deaths of Robert Eugene Wood and Virginia Fletcher Wood, if such priority exists; to interpret and contrue the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; to ascertain the \«lidity of certain devises and bequests in the said last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; to ascertain the identity of beneficiaries named in the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased,” to obtain guidance of the Court to the complainant in the ad ministration of the estate, in the disposition of the assets of the estate, and in the disbursement of the estate; to obtain a decree, or decrees, of the Court adjudicating and settling the construction of the will of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; that counsel for the complainant be allowed a reasonable fee in instituting and conducting this cause. An affidavit having been made and filed that Thomas Norman Wood Jr., Frances Smith Conoly Bedell, Jane Fletcher Higgins, Joan Coxe Lange, Mark Coxe Rime and Joan Rime are not residents of this State, and the bill stating that there may be other persons, firms, cor porations, associations, founrdations. agencies, institutions or organizations, designated as beneficiaries in the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood as "the cancer and heart funds of Virginia," and designated as a beneficiary in the last will and testament of Virginia Flet cher Wood as "the State of Virginia organization or fourv dation engaged in research concerning ailments of the heart and heart trouble," vtfrich may be interested in the estate of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, and making them parties defendant by the general description of "Parties Unknown."
