Rankins
Funeral services for Jack Rankins, 49, of Culpeper were conducted Wednesday at the Nazereth Baptist Church, Boston, by the Rev. R. L. Banks. Burial was at the Culpeper National Cemetery.
Mr. Rankins died Saturday, February 2, 1980, at the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. The Rappahannock County native lived in Culpeper for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Garia T. Rankins of Culpeper; four sons, Jack Rankins, Forrest Rankins, John Rankins and Paul Rankins, all of Culpeper; one daughter, Mrs. C. C. Bailey; four grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Ruth Rankins of Sperryville; two brothers, Jessie Rankins of Vienna and Jimmie Rankins of Sperryville; and one sister, Sidney Rankins of Warrenton.
