Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson maintained his high attendance record in the U. S. House of Representatives with a 99.3 per cent voting score in the first session of the 96th Congress, according to the official tally.

With both votes and quorum calls included, the record compiled by the Clerk of the House showed that Robinson voted in the House Chamber on all but five of 758 roll calls last year.

He was absent from two quorum calls and three yea and nay votes during the entire year, and voted 100 per cent of the time when recorded votes were taken.
