Once draperies have been selected and purchased, the job is only partially complete. They still have to be installed. If the back curtains are being hung, it is essential that the tiebacks be even with each other. Start by screwing one of the tie back hooks into the window frame where the tiebacks are to be held Pull the window shade down so that the bottom is level with the hook. Then screw the other hook into the opposite side of the frame at the straight line that is formed by the edge of the shade
