On AFD, Plan
Due to an error by the Rappahannock News in failing to print the required second notice of public hearing, the planning commission has rescheduled its meeting on the comprehensive plan.
The public hearing on the county’s first plan will be held Wednesday, May 21, at 8:30 in the court house. Immediately proceeding, the planners will hold the required hearing on C. E. Johnson’s application for an agricultural and forestal district, another first for the county.
The hearing on the ag district is set to begin at 7:30 p.m.
