Joseph Powell Brown, 36, of Front Royal died Wednesday, November 19, 1980, in Loudoun County. He was electrocuted on a construction job.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Rivermont Baptist Church by the Rev. Jerry Young. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Mr. Brown was born December 17. 1943, in Rappahannock, a son of the* late William J. and Sarah Florence Jenkins Brown. A member of Rivermont Baptist Church, he was Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 53, and a member of Giles Cook Post 53 of the American Legion in Front Royal.
