Following a joint motion by defense counsel Peter Luke and commonwealth’s attorney Douglas Baumgardner, Ernest Lee Douglas was given a year’s trial probation under a $1,000 personal recognizance bond for the November 18, 1979, malicious shooting of Peter Marx.
