In an earlier hearing on parole revocation, Judge Robertson ordered Thomas Edward Rector to serve five years of a suspended sentence he received in Rappahannock on charges of malicious wounding.
While on probation. Rector was arrested for and convicted of grand larceny in Warren County. Robertson ruled that the five years for the wounding charges here must be served consecutively with the one year term Rector received in Warren for the larceny.
