Rappahannock Nrw» Staff Writer Concerned over the problems of solid waste disposal and the Thornton River already burdened with pollution from Sperryville’s malfunctioning septic systems, the Rappahannock supervisors voted on Monday to deny Witold Kuncewicz’s application to allow tanning of fish and reptile skins by right in industrial zones.

Chairman E. P.
