Luke added that commercial rights to a wide range of uses, including pressing and dry cleaning plants, printing plants, commercial dairies, veterinary hospitals and all uses existing in the villages of „ Sperryvillc. Flint Hill and A Woodville, would apply to the property with a commercial rezoning and would pass with title to the land if Settle sold the property.
