He also maintained the tannery poses a problem in solid waste disposal. If the left-over chromium is disposed of in the dumpsters, it becomes the property of Community Trash and that company must make private arrangements on how to get rid of it, according to Luke. The alternative is land application. he said, asking whose land will be used.
With no comments from any of the other supervisors, the vote was unanimous to deny Kuncewicz’s application to amend the zoning ordinance.
