students the opportunity to use what they learn in class by physically working out a problem rather than doing it on paper.
This art class is also getting the opportunity to use their talents. On May 9 the students will get a chance to display projects they are presently working on. The art show, which will have an American theme, will be presented in conjunction with the Rappahannock Chorus in a program to be held at the old school house in Washington, Va.
Among Mr. Bomberger's other industrious endeavors is the production of the annual spring musical. This year he has taken on the challenge of “The Music Man,” a play by Meredith Wilson. The leading role will be played by Todd Robinson, a junior who is a veteran of the theatrical world.
The students are both proud and fortunate to have a teacher who puts forth such tremendous efforts in the classroom and devotes most of his spare time to their cultural development.

In last week’s Rappahannock News, a picture taken at the new Amissville Methodist Parsonage was identified in the first line as being taken at the Methodist Church. The News regrets the error.
