He suggested that the group form a corporation as soon as possible before proceeding further. As far as his building is concerned, he said, “I can't rent or sell to a committee—it has to be a corporate structure."
In response, an organizational meeting for the prupose of electing an interrum board of directors was set for Monday, April 15, at 7:30 in the courthouse. The consensus of the group at last Monday’s session was to organize first and then attack the question of what and where.
“I’m willing to help,” added Carrigan in a final word. “ ‘Us’ doing this is better than you doing it and me standing off to the side,” he told the audience.
