Mrs. Lucille Butler of Woodville spent last week with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Lee were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Spence and Sarah of Harrisonburg. Mr. and Mrs. Lee visited George Lee, a patient in Commonwealth Hospital in Fairfax Sunday afternoon.
Spring Event
The Washington Baptist Church will have their annual Spring Event on Saturday, April 17, beginning at 10 a.m. along with the Fodderstack classic race.
Hot lunches will be served and there will be other features including a plant sale, odds and ends sale and a bake sale.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and the public is invited.
The beaten path is the safest.
