Huirhinson “ANDY” GUEST, Rappahannock’s delegate in the \ irginia General Assembly, made a clean sweep in the legislature this past session as all ten bills that he sponsored passed with wide margins. Guest said he plans to run in 1982 and 1983 as representative from the district which includes Rappahannock, Clarke, Warren and parts of Fauquier and Culpeper but indicated he may set his sights higher in 1984 if Republican Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson chooses not to stand for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives.
