Mrs. Isabell Dearing Roy, 89. of Washington died Sunday, April 4, 1982, at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Washington by the Rev. Wendell Grant. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Survivors include her husband. William Roy; a daughter, Maud Roy; one son, Raymond Dearing, all of Washington; one brother, Ulysses Dearing of Cleveland, Ohio; one sister, Olphelia Russell of New York; six grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
