NOTICE TO
THE PUBLIC The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed changes in Commission regulations applicable to all counties East of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and 1 adopting, each of the proposed changes, or any part thereof, will be held at the Holiday Inn 164, 6531 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a m. on April 30, 1982, at which any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Commission is satisfied that proposed changes in its regulations, or any parts thereof, are advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Com mission may adopt each such proposal, acting upon the proposals separately or in block.
Chapter 4. Beaver.
Add a new regulation to be numbered R4-1.1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to trap Beaver from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive, in the counties of Accomack, Charles City, Essex, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Mathews. Middlesex, New Kent, North ampton, Northumberland, Richmond, Southampton, Surry, Westmoreland and York, and in the cities of Chespeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk (area formerly constituting Nasemond County) and Virginia Beach, and east of U. S. Route 95 in the counties of Caroline, Chesterfield, Fairfax, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, Prince George, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Sussex.
