Except as otherwise provided by the regulations appearing in this charter, it shall be lawful to trap otter in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from December 15 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.

It shall be lawful to trap otter from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive, in the counties of Accomack, Charles City, Essex, Gloucester, Isle of W:,iht, James City, King and C ci. King George, King ' urn, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, New Kent, North ampton, Northumberland, Richmond, Southampton, Surry, Westmoreland and York; and in the citi.es of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk (are formerly constituting Nan semond Countv) and Virainia Beach; and east of U.S. Route 95 in the counties of Caroline, Chesterfield, Fairfax, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, Prince George, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Sussex.

Amend Regulation R14-1 to read as follows:
IT shall be lawful to hunt quail in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving through the last day of February, both dates in elusive.
