Culpeper Sends Racers

Lowell Owsley, of Culpeper who has run in every race since the start of the Fodderstack Classic, calls it "the best race around.” Lowell plans to be here on the 17th with a full contingent of runners from the newlyformed Blue Ridge Runners, a club composed of Culpeper area runners.

As the president of the Blue Ridge Runners, Lowell hopes that members of his club will present a challenge to Rappahannock runners on the difficult Fodderstack course. Besides himself, running in the 50 and over class, he predicts that the following Culpeper runners will do well next Saturday:
