The Woodville Baptist Church will be having a Thanksgiving service on Wednesday, November 24, at 7:30 p.m.
The Rev. Bobby Rooper, pastor of the Woodville Church will be giving the Thanksgiving message. Chifton Waldron and the Joint Heirs will be presenting special music. The public is invited.
Promise Land Baptist
Pre-Thanksgiving services will be held at Promise Land Baptist Church near Washington from November 22-24 each evening at 7:30 p.m.
The Rev. Steven Scoggin, pastor of Washington Baptist Church will be speaking on Monday evening. Rev. Merlin Shorb, pastor of Rappahannock Methodist Churches on Tuesday evening and the Rev. George Dean from Happy Creek will deliver the Wednesday evening message. The public is cordially invited to attend.
