Contacted on Tuesday for response to the SCC letter, Dorothy Dovel, accounting department supervisor for Potomac Edison, couldn't give a definite answer on her company’s cut-off policy. She reported that the utility's central office personnel in Hagerstown, Maryland, are currently reviewing the disconnect program.
