Nearly 200 Rappahannock County Elementary School students are shaping up this week in preparation for participation in Jump Rope For Heart, scheduled for March 22, 8:45-11:45. This special event is designed to raise money for the American Heart Association, as well as promote the importance of physical fitness, explained organizer Teresa McLawhom, physical education teacher at the school.
