This letter comes not from Delegate Raymond R. “Andy” Guest but from his aides.
It seems that our local newspapers and radio stations keep beating us to the “punch” on what’s happening down here so we thought we’d tell you about life down in Richmond during this session and perhaps even a little trivia.
As the session is winding down to its final week, the hair-pulling, nail-biting, letter-writing, phoning and nervous conditions are all toning down. We arrived at the GAB (that’s General Assembly Building) the first' day of the session as nervous wrecks. We had never even met each other and had no idea what we were supposed to do.
