“We’ve moved on to elsewhere now," said Shand on Tuesday. “It will be another week or so before the case officers get back to Rappahannock,” he said, adding that he had “no idea” how many possible suspects would be named as a result of the ten marijuana seizures.
He doesn’t expect to be back with helicopters, at least not this year. “I hope we’re through with Rappahannock County,” Shand concluded.
