ington has been appointed to teach British literature to juniors and philosophy and literature to freshmen. Prescott holds a B.A. degree from the Catholic University of America, where she has taught English for the past ten years. Before teaching at the pontifical university in Washington, D.C. Prescott was an instructor in English at Visitation Junior College for Women.
David Mullin has been appointed to replace Peter Quinn as housemaster of Wakefield’s Boys Lodge. A native of Detroit, Mullin is a graduate of the Cranbrook School and holds a B.A. degree from Washington and Lee University. In addition to his responsibilities in the boarding program, Mullins will teach civics and Latin.
Paula Campbell of Front Royal will be the new prekindergarten and kindergarten assistant. Campbell, the mother of three Wakefield students, is presently earning her B.S. degree at Shenandoah College in Winchester.
