On Thursday, September 1, magistrate Clarissa I.e^ett issued a search warrant to trooper C. S. Voskay to search the Kerjjttson residence for marijuana, tools, seeds and other items including records, used in the manufacture of the illegal weed. In obtaining the warrant, Voskay affirmed that at least 100 marijuana plants wert* spotted from the air at the Ferguson residence.
