Arlington Virginia, 22204. and the bill stating there are or may be persons interested in the property to be divided whose names are unknown and making them parites. Complainant, by the general description of Parties Unknown and an Affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown, such unknown parties being the widow, heirs, devisees and successors, in title to Albert Grant and Wood Grant, record owners of the said property in 1888
It is ordered that the said nonresident respondents named in Paragraph #2 of this Order, if any of them be living, and the said persons made respondents by the gene.ral description of Parties Unknown', do apperar within fifty (50) days after the entry of publication (October 3, 1983) and do what is necessary to protect their interests
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia
