Robert L. Massie of Richmond spent the Labor Day weekend with his mother, Mrs. Frank Spalding. He returned home on Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest spent the holiday weekend at Colonial Beach.

Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Smoot of Culpeper were Sunday guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. O. Smoot. Monday dinner guests were Jimmy Bywaters and Bobby Smoot.

Mrs. Robert Nethers with Mrs. Bob Lewis and Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr. visited D. E. Yowell, Mr. and Mrs. William Coppedge and Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Jenkins of Etlan on Saturday. Visiting with Mrs. Nethers during the holiday were Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers and George of Stephens City, Charles Corder, Jr. of Front Royal, Mrs. Lewis and Mrs. Coffey.

The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary met at the fire hall on Monday evening with seven members present.
